Island Work
A recruiting campaign on Kauai forced us to think radically about how to attract potential employees, since good candidates are often established in other companies. This campaign captures the essence of what is important to work-life balance on the island, and promotes its local nature. Alongside this campaign, we created a set of illustrations which were used in other promotions.
